Exchange & Return Policy

* Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days after the courier delivers your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and returned with all original tags attached.
* Exchanges can be made for another size, color, or any other product. If there’s a price difference, it will be collected or refunded accordingly.
* If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, please submit your request through our website and upload clear photos. Shipping fees will be waived for approved cases.
* Exchanges and returns are completed within 3–7 working days
* Refunds are issued via InstaPay only after the item has been received and inspected. The full return and refund process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

Alternatively, you can choose a Marjane Gift Card with an additional 10% bonus on your approved refund amount.
